These awards highlight excellence in workplace culture, employee satisfaction, and organisational performance, as determined by anonymous, but verified user reviews on the Scrubin platform.
Winners are chosen based on feedback collected through anonymous, but verified reviews from healthcare professionals on the Scrubin platform. Reviews are analyzed for factors such as workplace satisfaction, professional growth opportunities, leadership, and overall organisational excellence. All healthcare workers who leave reviews are verified and can only submit a review if they have worked or are currently working at the organisation. Results are announced annually at the beginning of the following year, in January.
Scrubin employs rigorous verification processes to ensure the authenticity of user accounts and reviews. Healthcare workers must verify their connection to the organisation they review. To avoid data bias, we only publish reviews for organisations that have received more than three different user reviews. This ensures fairness and reliability in the awards process.
