1 The Old Way

Recruitment in healthcare is still weighed down by manual processes — spreadsheets, emails, and endless phone calls — that slow down hiring, increase costs, and add complexity. Traditional methods often involve placement fees of 15% to 40% of a candidate’s first-year salary, amounting to €15,000 to €40,000 per hire.
Scrubin simplifies and streamlines this process, giving HR teams, recruiters, and department heads the tools they need to find, connect with, and hire healthcare professionals faster and more cost-effectively.
