The Trust is committed to providing excellent palliative care, and I've been impressed by the holistic approach to patient well-being. The multidisciplinary team works incredibly well together, and there's a strong sense of camaraderie. The training opportunities in end-of-life care are exceptional.
Cons
Dealing with death and dying on a regular basis can be emotionally challenging. More support for staff mental health would be beneficial.
Pros
A truly rewarding place to work, knowing you're making a difference to patients' lives every day. The multidisciplinary team approach is excellent, and I've learned so much from my colleagues. Good pension scheme and access to NHS discounts are a bonus.

Shift work can be tiring, and finding parking near the hospital can sometimes be a bit of a nightmare.
